On the top tab there is a link to register for an account. You must create an account to request quotes and order products.

What is a Company Group account?

A Company Group account is used for companies that will have multiple employees that will need to have their orders approved by a designated person and/or use specific templates. This type of account is perfect for businesses who need to use a company template. Each individual will have their own account but will belong to a Company Group.

Creating a Company Group Account: To change your account to a Company Group account you must contact us to see if you are eligible. You can call or e-mail us at notepads@mcprintdirect.com with this request. We recommend that the person that will be in charge of overseeing all the members be the person to set up the account. We also suggest that company emails are used for registration as individuals may want a separate account for placing non-company orders.

There are various settings to choose during your account setup:

  • Approval Option: Choose if you'd like to require approval of your members order before it goes into production.
  • Price View: Decide if your members are able to view prices. (Some companies have different pricing than what is listed on our site)
  • Email Cc: Opt in to receive Cc Email notifications of your members' orders.

Company Group Account Roles:

  • Administrator: This person is able to add or remove members. They can also approve/reject members' orders.
  • Manager: This person can approve/reject members' orders.
  • Member: This person is allowed to order products under the client group.

How do I qualify for resale pricing?

To qualify for resale pricing you must send your resale certificate to us. You can e-mail notepads@mcprintdirect.com. We will then confirm your certificate and update your account.

How do I qualify to be tax exempt?

Resale people and customers out of state.

Where can I see my open orders?

To view your open orders you need to go to "My Orders" under your Account. There will also be a status of where your order is at in the process.

Where can I see my proofs?

To view your proofs you need to go to "Proofs" under your Account. You will be able to view a PDF of your proof. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDFS you can download it here.  You can then choose to approve or reject the proof. If you reject the proof, you will be able to add notes for our Art Department to make changes. We will then revise the artwork and send you a re-proof for approval. Where can I see the quotes I requested?

To view your quote requests you need to go to "Quotes" under your Account. When we submit your quote, you will be able to view it before deciding to add it to your shopping cart for purchase.

Can I re-order a past product?

Yes! Go to your "Account Details" under the Account tab and choose "Orders History & Re-Ordering". There will be the options to either re-order with no changes or re-order with changes.

How do I upload files?

To upload files you need to go to "Upload Files" under your Account. After you upload your file you have the option to add notes. You can also delete any uploaded files.
